PANO – Vietnamese Deputy-Defence Minister, Senior-Lieutenant General Nguyen Chi Vinh has led a top Vietnamese defence delegation to participate in the 11th IISS Asia Security Summit, the Shangri-La Dialogue.
Shangri-La Dialogue is a regional defence and security forum, which is held by the International Institute for Strategic studies every year in Singapore, draws the participation of top defence officials from regional nations and is aimed to exchange and discus studies on defence policies of nations and security situations in the Asia-Pacific region.
